28 September 2017: Justice Project Update

The Justice Project consultations are drawing to a close and one of the last stops this week was Mildura in country Victoria. Law Council President Fiona McLeod spoke to the local ABC about the justice issues facing those experiencing social and economic disadvantage in rural, regional and remote parts of Australia, such as Mildura. 30 August 2017: Justice Project Update

As part of the consultation phase of the Justice Project, Law Council President, Ms Fiona McLeod SC, and Law Council representatives are attending a range of meetings with community organisations, legal assistance services, courts and other stakeholders to seek their views on critical access justice barriers and solutions.
