Supplementary Submission: Religious Discrimination Bill 2021 and related bills
On 14 January 2022, representatives from the Law Council of Australia appeared before the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Human Rights in response to its inquiry into the Religious Discrimination Bill 2021 and related bills.
Following this appearance, the Law Council received a number of questions on notice from Senator Louise Pratt. These questions are set out in the submission, along with the Law Council’s responses.
