Payments System Modernisation (Regulation of Payment Service Providers)

The Law Council of Australia provided a submission to the Treasury in response to the consultation paper titled ‘Payments System Modernisation (Regulation of Payment Service Providers’, which was released for consultation on 8 December 2023 (the Consultation Paper).
The following Committees of the Law Council have provided input into this submission:
- The Financial Services Committee of the Business Law Section (the FS Committee); and
- The National Electronic Conveyancing System Committee (the NECS Committee).
