Buy Now Pay Later Regulatory Guidance

The Law Council of Australia provided feedback to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission in response to Consultation Paper 282 and the draft Regulatory Guide for low cost credit contracts, namely Buy Now Pay Later arrangements.

This submission is informed by contributions from our Business Law Section’s Financial Services Committee and our Legal Practice Section’s Australian Consumer Law Committee.
