Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Amendment (Titles Administration and Other Measures) Bill 2021 - Change in control provisions

The submission to the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources in response to the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Amendment (Titles Administration and Other Measures) Bill 2021 was prepared by the Business Law Section (Section). 

In the submission, the Section raised a number of issues with the Bill that the Section consider will give rise to unintended and commercially inconvenient consequence.
