Financial Services Legislation Interim Report C

The Financial Services Committee of the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia (the Committee) provided a submission to the Australian Law Reform Commission (the ALRC) in response to ALRC Report 140 titled “Financial Services Legislation Interim Report C” (Interim Report C), which was released on 22 June 2023.

Interim Report C is the third and final interim report of the Review of the Legislative Framework for Corporations and Financial Services Regulation, which commenced in September 2020 (the Inquiry).
