Prosecuting the Crime of Aggression: Establishing the Special Tribunal for Ukraine at a Critical Juncture for International Justice
On 11 May 2026, the International Law Section hosted a webinar and was joined by senior Ukrainian government officials and leading international criminal law experts for an important discussion on the establishment of the Special Tribunal on the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine, its legal foundations, and its role within the international justice system.
The Section was honoured to have His Excellency Mr Vasyl Myroshnychenko, Ambassador of Ukraine to Australia, deliver the opening remarks.
